Job Overview:

GoDaddy is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to specialize in supporting and improving the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. In this role, you will focus on key areas of the Workday system, such as Absence Management, Performance Management, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and Talent. This position offers the chance to support GoDaddy's global expansion efforts by ensuring the optimal performance of Workday's features and providing support to system users across the company.

You will be involved in analyzing and improving Workday processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting Workday's roadmap to improve the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Workday Issue Assessment & Improvement:
• Analyze business insights, evaluate the validity and effort of improvement requests, and assess potential for roadmap delivery.
• Support Case Management:
• Create and manage support cases using Jira, and build relevant searches and run reports for system users.
• Coordinate backlog review meetings with various workstream leads to prioritize requests for the upcoming sprint planning sessions.
• Workday Relationship Management:
• Foster ongoing relationships with the Workday Community, participate in user groups and conferences.
• Workday Administration Support:
• Provide administrative support to the Workday system, though not a configuration role, and assist with troubleshooting issues and supporting user adoption.
• Other Projects:
• Assist with data audits, process EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Experience:
• 2+ years of experience supporting the Workday HCM system, with knowledge in areas such as Payroll, Talent, Benefits, Compensation, Performance, Time Tracking, and Leave of Absence.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate data.
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
• Tools:
• Familiarity with Jira for issue tracking and resolution.

Preferred:

• Experience with Workday:
• Experience in release management and optimization within the Workday system.
• Process Improvement Skills:
• Proven ability to streamline processes and make improvements to enhance system efficiency.
