A major engineering company is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead HR initiatives across the UK and continental Europe. In this role, you'll drive compliance, support workforce planning, and enhance employee engagement. Qualifications

  • Proven HR experience in a multi-site environment, ideally within rail or manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment in fast-paced environments.
  • Full, clean driving license and willingness to travel; proficiency in German or Dutch is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR advice on employment law, performance, and grievances.
  • Lead recruitment processes and manage the HCM system.
  • Ensure HR compliance with UK/EU legislation and health & safety requirements.
