A premier HR solutions provider in Greater London is looking for a Senior HR Advisor to manage HR and compliance across multiple sites. The role involves advising on employee relations and overseeing HR policies. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of HR experience and strong stakeholder management skills. This position offers a salary of around £45K plus a potential bonus and hybrid working arrangements.
Senior HR Advisor – Location: Croydon (multi-site, South London). Salary: c 45K+ potential 10% bonus (based on personal and business performance). Contract: Permanent, full-time (open to 4 days per week). Benefits: Private medical, statutory auto-enrolment pension, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays.
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist & Compliance Officer to take ownership of the HR and compliance function across 3 sites. This is a standalone role at HR Manager/Advisory level, reporting to the Managing Director and supporting 3 Managers. You will oversee the full HR remit, with particular focus on employee relations, safer recruitment, compliance, and stakeholder management. You will also lead on HR policies, training, and inspection preparation, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding standards.
