Overview

Senior HR Advisor. Remote role with regional travel. Salary: £50,000. Permanent role. Join an award-winning PE backed further education provider known for its inclusive culture and strong values at a time of rapid and sustainable growth.

This is a key HR generalist role supporting multiple regions, where you will have flexibility to blend remote working with travel to sites across the East of England, predominantly Essex and East Anglia. You’ll manage complex ER cases independently, support strategic HR projects, and work closely with senior stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering, you’ll join a collaborative team during an exciting period of change.
