A leading apparel retailer is seeking a Senior HR Administrator in Birmingham. You will manage HR and admin tasks, ensuring smooth operations related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. We are currently looking for an experienced Senior/HR Administrator to support our staff members and managers. You will be fully integrated into your assigned store, i.e. working fully from the store. In this role, you will be the go-to person for HR and admin matters at store level – across general back-of-house tasks, recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, employee relations, policy communication, and more. This role reports into the Store and Area Managers with a dotted line into HR Business Partner, working closely with in-store management team and the wider HR community within UNIQLO UK.
Starting Date: July/August 2025
Working Pattern: Full-time: 37.5 hours/5 days or part-time 30 hours/4 days per week. Flexibility: Full flexibility from Monday to Sunday required
