Job summary

A housing association in Dungannon is looking for a Senior Housing Officer to supervise staff and manage day-to-day operations. Candidates should have a third level qualification or A Level equivalent alongside relevant experience in social housing management. This role supports the delivery of high-quality services in line with organizational policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a Housing Officer role in a social housing management setting.
• 5 years experience in a Housing Officer role in a social housing management setting for A Level equivalent.

Job description

To provide a quality service in accordance with the Associations policies and procedures and in line with the principles of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• The Senior Housing Officer will be responsible for supervising a team of staff and ensuring that the objectives set for their area of responsibility are achieved, under the direction of the Housing Manager
• The Senior Housing Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day management of their area.

Skills and Qualifications

• A third level qualification or Educated to A Level standard or equivalent with a professional Housing qualification and 2 years’ experience in a Housing Officer role in a social housing management setting.
• OR Educated to ALevel standard or equivalent and 5 years experience in a Housing Officer role in a social housing management setting.
