Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution, and closeout of hospital construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and teams to drive project success.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and healthcare standards.
  • Manage procurement, cost control, and change orders.
  • Foster safety and innovation culture, mentoring junior project teams.
  • Conduct stakeholder reporting and presentations.
  • Travel to project sites for inspections and meetings.
