Senior Care Assistant - Days & Nights available

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne, NE2
Setting: Residential Care (Dementia)
Pay Rate: £14.21 per hour
Shifts: 8am - 8pm / 8pm - 8am | Paid Breaks

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the care team to deliver person-centred care for residents with dementia.
  • Assist with care planning and medication administration.
  • Act as a role model for junior staff and promote best practices in care delivery.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Senior Care Assistant role.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) desirable.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
