Overview

Position: Senior Care Assistant (Day & Night Shifts)

Location: Ipswich, Suffolk

Setting: Residential & Dementia Care Home

Shifts & Hours

• Night Shifts: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM (1-hour paid break)
• Day Shifts: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM (1-hour paid break)
• Handover: Seniors arrive 15 minutes early (paid)

Pay Rates

• NVQ Level 4 Equivalent: £15.07/hour
• NVQ Level 3 Equivalent: £14.76/hour
• NVQ Level 2: £13.34/hour

Requirements

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (with a view to work towards NVQ Level 3 after probation)
• Experience in residential and dementia care
• Medication trained
• Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided)
