What You'll Do
  • Lead and inspire health, safety, and environmental excellence across the Margam Substation Project.
  • Coach and mentor operational teams to embed inclusive safety practices.
  • Challenge the status quo—move away from bureaucracy and towards meaningful engagement.
  • Drive innovation and adopt cutting‑edge safety solutions.
  • Influence leadership and act as a trusted advisor for compliance and cultural change.
What We're Looking For
  • Level 6 qualification minimum + membership of a relevant professional body.
