Qualifications

• Experience in risk assessing residential properties is preferred.
• Hold at least a Level 4 diploma qualification, or equivalent, in Fire Risk Management.
• Up-to-date knowledge of health & safety legislation and best practice.

Responsibilities

• Visit client sites to carry out Health, Safety & Fire risk assessments.
• Produce high-quality, detailed reports to highlight key risks.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation.
