A leading engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor in Manchester. This permanent role involves advising on health and safety across various projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a strong safety culture. Candidates should have a NEBOSH Level 6 National Diploma, excellent knowledge of UK legislation, and strong interpersonal skills. The position may require nationwide travel to sites, and offers a salary up to £55,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Level 6 National Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with ISO 45001 and auditing in construction.
• Excellent knowledge of UK health and safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Provide health, safety, and welfare advice on projects.
• Support Health and Safety activities on UK sites.
• Review Construction Phase Plans and risk assessments.
• Conduct health and safety audits and inspections.
