Job Description
  • Define and deliver the organisation's HSE strategy and long-term vision
  • Advise senior leadership on all aspects of safety and environmental legislation
  • Develop subject matter expertise in evolving regulatory requirements
  • Act as a visible role model for HSE excellence
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of specialists
  • Drive performance through SMART objectives and structured development plans
  • Implement new processes to enhance efficiency and operational standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support wider business goals
