Our Quant Finance & Systematic Trading practice is a high-growth, specialist division where we deliver tier‑1, exclusive, and retained mandates to the most competitive firms globally. Clients include multi‑strategy hedge funds, prop shops, HFT firms, market makers, and systematic trading groups across every major asset class.

We are looking for a driven and experienced recruiter to join our London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 4‑5 years’ experience in quant finance or systematic trading recruitment, who has a proven track record of placing senior talent and managing high‑value client relationships.

What you’ll do
  • Headhunt elite talent: Engage top‑tier quantitative researchers, developers, and traders from academia, technology, and leading trading desks.
