Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy in the UK is seeking a Chartered/Senior Geotechnical Engineer to support planning and engineering teams. The role will involve managing geotechnical investigations and working closely with civil and structural disciplines. Candidates should hold a degree in civil engineering or geology and have experience with geotechnical software and report writing. This hybrid position offers the chance to work in either the Bristol or Cardiff office, with expectations of three office days per week.

Qualifications

• Proven project management track record within design and build environments.
• Demonstrable experience in engineering consultancy and design markets.
• Ability to self-check and produce accurate work.

Responsibilities

• Draft Ground Investigation Reports for geotechnical elements.
• Conduct ULS and SLS analysis for foundations.
• Prepare Geotechnical Design Reports and Feedback Reports.
