• Experience in video game development process, prototyping and iterating.
• Ability to mentor individuals and teams to achieve specific outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality game features, design documents and prototype specifications.
• Regularly play the game in production and provide feedback.
• Pre-emptively raise issues on behalf of the team.
• Drive the vision for new production concepts and support designer workflows.
• Mentor junior members of the game design team.
