Qualifications

• Post‑qualification experience with a major law firm in a funds team.
• Experience in private equity, credit, and real estate/infrastructure is highly preferable.
• Experience working within an international team is a plus.
• Prior experience of in‑house work is of interest but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Advising on fund formations with the internal tax team and external counsel.
• Managing external counsel and delivering contractual arrangements ahead of fund launch.
• Negotiating with potential investors.
• Contributing to product approval processes.
• Acting as an internal contact for Marketing & Client Relations staff.
• Working closely with the Fund Operations team.
