• Knowledge of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA) and related regulations.
• Experience in drafting legal documents for regulated activities.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on regulatory compliance and financial services law.
• Assist corporate team on FSMA aspects of M&A.
• Monitor changes in regulations and update clients.

Skills

In-depth knowledge of financial services law
