Senior FP&A Analyst
Hours - Full Time
Salary - Competitive

Our client, a leading organisation, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their finance team in Harlow, Essex, on a hybrid basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead monthly, annual and long-range forecasting and reporting cycles.

  • Act as the subject-matter expert for financial forecasting.

  • Deliver month-end and pre-month-end reporting to support an efficient close.

  • Produce internal reports, operating packs and supporting analysis.

  • Manage quarterly reporting requirements and ad hoc financial analysis.

  • Supervise and develop a finance graduate.

  • Drive process improvements and support special projects.

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to provide actionable financial insight.

Key Requirements
  • Strong communicator able to translate financial data for non-finance audiences.

  • Advanced Excel modelling skills with a track record of process improvement.

  • Highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Inquisitive, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable
