A financial services company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Financial Planning Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will involve preparing management accounts, producing monthly reports, and providing financial insights to stakeholders. The ideal candidate must be a fully qualified Accountant with experience in financial reporting and strong Excel skills. A base salary of £50,000 - £70,000 is offered along with enhanced benefits including hybrid working arrangements.
The Planning & Strategy Function is a Group Finance team that provides OSB Group with financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, management accounting, cost management, mortgage pricing and finance business partnering.
As a Senior Financial Planning Analyst, you will have the opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality Group financial reporting, analysis, and insight to inform Executive and Board decision-making. The role partners with FP&A, Financial Control, and the wider business to explain performance, analyse drivers of change, and translate financial data into clear, actionable insight. You will be expected to contribute to driving improvement in financial analysis and systems development, while continuously improving the quality and efficiency of FP&A outputs.
