We’re on a mission to make low-cost travel easy – and whatever your role here, you’ll connect millions of people to what they love using Europe’s best airline network, great value fares, and friendly service.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead the finance function for our Customer & Network Operations teams. This high-profile role strengthens performance, optimises costs, and shapes business priorities across key functions, including Disruption Management, Customer Contact Centre, Network Control, Navigation, Safety, Security & Compliance. With an annual spend of £835m, this role requires financial expertise, commercial acumen, and strong leadership to drive efficiency and deliver sustainable results.

What will you do:

You will provide incisive analysis that drives key strategic decisions, craft and monitor KPIs to pinpoint risks and opportunities, and recommend decisive action. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders to ensure operational performance is aligned with our low-cost model, delivering insightful scenario analyses and sound financial advice. You will champion financial discipline and strong governance in all business decisions.

In technology and transformation, you will lead the finance workstream for the Airline Ops Tech Strategy (AOTS), shaping the future of our Customer & Network Centres and disruption management through technology. You will drive technological change by developing and embedding systems that boost efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring our investments deliver strong returns and long-term financial stability.

Reporting to the Head of Operational Finance as part of the leadership team, you will manage a team of two, supporting their professional development. Collaboration will be key as you work across finance and operations to deliver measurable impact and continuous improvement.

  • Exceptional proficiency in creating executive board-ready content, particularly PowerPoint presentations.
  • Proficient in data storytelling, clearly articulating the "so what," presenting options, and making actionable, data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience driving change through technology, designing, implementing, and embedding solutions that transform how the business operates.
  • A collaborative, adaptable leader who thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
