This isn’t just about spreadsheets and reconciliations—it’s about shaping decisions, driving profitability, and helping our teams deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

From riverside beauty at The Mitre in Hampton Court, to countryside calm at The Retreat at Elcot Park or The Barnsdale, Rutland, plus our newest addition, The Alfriston in the South Downs, we’re building a collection of stays with character.
Own the month-end process from start to finish—delivering accurate management accounts, ensuring compliance with UK GAAP, and partnering with auditors and stakeholders to keep everything seamless and on track.
Lead the annual budgeting journey—partner with GMs and department heads to craft realistic forecasts, monitor performance, and turn insights into smart, corrective actions that keep us on track.
Shape the commercial strategy with data‑driven insight—deliver powerful financial models, deep profitability analysis, and challenge GMs to elevate performance and unlock growth.
Safeguard financial integrity across every site—embed robust policies, maintain internal controls, and lead periodic audits to ensure absolute compliance and confidence in our processes.
Champion financial excellence—drive best practices, consistency, and a culture of continuous improvement across every hotel and the wider finance function.
