We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to lead the financial management of a major contract within our Government, Healthcare & Infrastructure (GH&I) business.
This role is pivotal in delivering complete commercial oversight, ensuring maximum value creation for the client while minimising risk exposure for ISS.
You will manage a finance business partner directly and oversee four financial accountants indirectly, driving robust financial governance and performance across the contract.
You will act as a financial expert for complex contracts, providing a framework to measure and guide performance, ensuring compliance with ISS corporate policies and safeguarding the company's reputation.
This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to build proactive relationships with client representatives and internal stakeholders to optimise contract outcomes.
