Job Description

1. Drive the financial performance of the business through insightful analysis and decision making
2. Collaborate with the leadership team to formulate financial strategies
3. Provide financial insights and recommendations to influence business decisions
4. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
7. Manage financial reporting and budgeting processes
8. Lead and mentor a small finance team
