A legal recruitment agency is seeking a Family Solicitor with over 3 years of PQE to manage a range of family and childcare law cases. Qualifications

• 3+ years’ PQE in family/childcare law is required.
• Experience in managing or generating your own caseload is desirable.
• Ambition to achieve panel accreditation and future leadership is valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage various family and childcare law matters including care proceedings.
• Cover divorce and financial remedies, private law children disputes.
• Handle applications for domestic abuse and occupation orders.
