The role focuses on fulfilling challenging recruitment projects in the renewables, energy, and engineering sectors mainly in the Netherlands. Candidates should be proactive, client-facing, and comfortable using automation tools to enhance their recruitment strategies. A hybrid working model is available, accommodating a mix of in-office and remote work.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Recruitment / Talent Partner with a focus on challenging briefs.
  • Ability to build new networks from scratch.
  • Interest in Engineering, Innovation, Commercial, Product, and Transformation roles.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and fulfill executive search and contingent recruitment projects.
  • Build relationships through various channels including phone and LinkedIn.
  • Deliver a first-class experience to both customers and candidates.

Due to growing demand, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a top‑calibre experienced Recruiter to join our team in a primarily Delivery focussed role, managing and fulfilling challenging executive search and contingent recruitment projects in the renewables, energy and engineering product markets, with a primary focus on the Netherlands

  • Already an experienced Recruitment / Talent Partner, you love fulfilling challenging briefs which more often than not involve building new networks from scratch (no one assignment is typically the same!)
  • Highly proactive, you're not only creative & innovative in how you build your campaigns across multiple channels (email, mobile, LinkedIn, video).. you're also pick up the phone 1st of all to pitch opportunities and build relationships
  • AI savvy and can use automation tools to efficiently drive candidate acquisition, with a human touch
  • Client-facing, you love taking and fulfilling briefs, consistently offering a 1st class experience to both the customer and candidate.. an approach which naturally leads to repeat business and referrals
  • Your behaviours, interpersonal skills, interest in people and natural warmth position you as a trusted 'Talent partner of choice'
  • You always work and deliver at pace and to completion, are comfortable operating and sourcing niche technical skill sets in a competitive global talent marketplace
  • You're ambitious, competitive (essential) and hate coming 2nd
