A leading private equity community is seeking a motivated individual to join their operations team in London. This role involves event planning, supplier management, and providing on-site support during events. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and exceptional organisational skills. Experience in event planning is preferred. The position is 100% in-person at the London office, and a UK work permit is necessary as they do not sponsor visas. This is an excellent opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Must have a UK work permit.
  • Experience in event planning or supplier research preferred.
  • Strong detail-focused and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of graphic design software recommended.
  • UK work permit is required.

Responsibilities

  • Source and manage event suppliers.
  • Plan and coordinate events including VIP gatherings.
  • Provide on-site logistical support during events.
  • Manage internal team queries and event inventory.
  • Quality check promotional materials.
