Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a senior estimating role within marine infrastructure or heavy civil projects.
• Familiarity with marine construction methodologies, environmental considerations, and the NEC suite of contract documents.
• Experience in dredging, pile driving, or similar marine projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of detailed cost estimates for large-scale marine projects.
• Prepare accurate bid proposals and tender documents, collaborating with teams.
• Engage with marine subcontractors and suppliers for compliance and competitiveness.
• Assist the Head of Estimating in mentoring the team.
• Implement best practices in estimating methodology.
• Provide insights on project feasibility and strategic pricing.
