Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pure Estimating roles.
• Experience as an Estimator at a Main Contractor.
• Established relationships within the local sub-contractor network.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost plans and pricing for tenders.
• Produce BOQ's, take offs, and full cost plans.
• Perform occasional pre-con surveying duties.
