James Gray Recruitment is working on behalf of a Tier 1 civil engineering contractor with a strong track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects across the UK and Ireland. They are looking to appoint a Senior Estimator to support major civil tenders and help secure high-value projects in sectors including infrastructure, marine, earthworks, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of accurate and competitive civil engineering estimates
• Review technical documents, drawings, and specifications
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing and input
• Support value engineering and risk management activities
• Work collaboratively with pre-construction and operational teams

• Proficiency in estimating tools and systems
• Commercially aware with excellent communication skills
• Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience
