Senior Estimator

Up to £98,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance or Car + Bonus + Pension + 26 Days Holiday + Bank Holiday

Office: Birmingham (Building Sector)

The Company:

A leading main contractor with a presence across the UK. The business is known for its expertise across the "Building" sector, with experience delivering a host of different new build & refurbishment projects, ranging from £10m to £100m.

The Role:

• Lead preparation of detailed and accurate cost plans and pricing for a variety of projects
• Work on different tender forms: Single Staged Tenders, Two Staged, Negotiated & Frameworks
• Issue tender enquiries to supply chain
• Software: Conquest
• Work collaboratively with team & supply chain during tender stage to define scope & costs

Ideal Candidate:

• Worked with a Tier One or Two Main Contractor
• Building sector experience
• Conquest experience
• Capable of working within tight deadlines
• Typically working on up to 2x tenders a month

Reporting directly into a Head of Pre-Construction. With the support of 2x other Senior Estimators.
