As part of significant regional growth, we are recruiting a highly capable Senior Estimator to strengthen our clients estimating team. This role plays a key part in improving the region’s resilience and expertise, particularly in asset management, maintenance pricing, lifecycle work, refurbishment, and construction projects .

We are looking for someone who brings both technical competence and the ability to contribute to team development. You will help shape estimating processes, mentor junior colleagues, and ensure robust tendering across a wide range of project types.

This is a role for someone who is confident, collaborative, and eager to develop our capability across both traditional refurbishment projects and long-term maintenance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of detailed and accurate cost estimates for refurbishment, asset management, maintenance, and construction projects.
• Develop pricing strategies and cost models, especially for asset-heavy and lifecycle portfolio work.
• Review tender documentation, drawings, and specifications to determine scope, risk, and commercial opportunities.
