The Role

As a Senior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in securing new business by preparing accurate and competitive tenders. The projects you will be involved in typically range from £1m to £5m, ensuring exceptional results for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for refurbishment and fit-out projects (£1m-£5m).
• Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings to identify project scope and risks.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Develop tender strategies to maximise win rates and profitability.
