With a growing pipeline of work, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join their Bristol office.

The Role

As a Senior Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in the pre-construction team, managing the preparation of accurate and competitive tenders. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing detailed cost estimates for refurbishment projects
• Leading the bid process and coordinating tender submissions
• Analysing drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare estimates
• Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Supporting strategic decision-making to secure profitable work for the business

The Person
