A leading retail and logistics company in South London seeks a Senior Estates Manager to oversee landlord and tenant matters across their varied portfolio. The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified with over 5 years of commercial property management experience, possessing strong negotiation skills and a comprehensive understanding of Landlord & Tenant law. Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a leading retail and logistics company to recruit a Senior Estates Manager for their team based in South London

Client Side Role
Key responsibilities include:
  • Take ownership of all landlord and tenant matters across the retail and warehouse portfolio
  • Drive negotiations for lease renewals, rent reviews, break clauses, and re-gears
  • Ensure lease agreements align with business objectives and operational needs
  • Analyse and challenge service charge budgets and reconciliations
  • Oversee the instruction of solicitors and agents
  • Monitor maintenance and facilities performance through internal teams and external contractors.
  • Track supplier KPIs and cost trends, identifying opportunities for efficiency and value improvements.

What We're Looking For
  • MRICS Qualified (Ideally 5+ years)
  • Previous experience in commercial property management
  • Strong understanding of Landlord & Tenant law and service charge management
  • Ability to challenge and drive the business forward
  • A full UK driving licence is preferred
