Senior ERP Project Manager

Senior Project Manager – ERP / PMO Transition

Location: Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, Midlands (3 days per week in office)

Salary: 70-90k+ benefits

An industry-leading logistics and distribution business is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a major ERP upgrade to the Cloud. You will work closely with the Change Manager to deliver this high-impact transformation, ensuring business processes and functionality are optimized.

Once the ERP project is complete, you will transition into the Head of PMO role, building a new Project Management Office, introducing governance and portfolio management processes, and leading a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts.

Key Requirements
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale ERP projects.
  • Strong business focus with commercial awareness and understanding of operational processes.
  • Experience implementing PPM software (ideally PM3).
  • In-depth knowledge of PMO operations and hands-on experience establishing or maturing a PMO.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; able to influence at all levels.
  • Desirable: experience in warehouse management systems (WMS), wholesale, or distribution sectors.
  • Availability to start ASAP.
