The Senior Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Practitioner will help to create a fair and inclusive culture at MFT, which respects difference, advocates for human rights and actively supports improving the lived experiences of our patients, service users and workforce. You will contribute to achieving the aims within the Diversity Matters Strategy, which are to have improved patient access, safety and experience, a representative and supportive workforce and inclusive leadership.
Demonstrated experience in equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives within a large organisation; ability to advise on statutory obligations, national policy and best practice; experience in project management, data analysis and stakeholder engagement; ability to work across multiple sites and with diverse communities.
