Own relationships with ECRE enterprise customers, acting as a trusted advisor to executive and C‑suite stakeholders
Define and execute multi‑year cloud transformation strategies aligned to customers' long‑term business and operating‑model objectives
Identify and drive high‑impact use cases that modernise core systems, data platforms and ways of working across ECRE
Contribute to ECRE go‑to‑market strategy and capability through building thought leadership, best‑practice sharing and developing key partner relationships
