A leading defense contractor is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to oversee the Trident engineering scope. The role involves ensuring technical baselines are maintained, managing US design products, and aligning designs with customer requirements. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in engineering, be a Chartered Engineer, and have expertise in their engineering discipline. Benefits include a competitive salary and flexible health plans. Trident Engineering will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, ensuring full delivery of the engineering scope associated with the installation, testing, and commissioning of the Trident weapon system. The team will work in close collaboration with the Dreadnought Alliance and project teams (TSPT and DSST) to ensure Trident capability is delivered in line with the agreed Design Management Arrangements. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
