About the Role:

As our Senior Engineering Lead, you’ll be responsible for building and scaling the core infrastructure behind a Sharia-compliant digital banking platform — from backend APIs to mobile apps to secure cloud infrastructure.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop our banking backend, including ledger integrations, KYC, and payments.
• Build React and Flutter mobile apps connected to backend microservices.
• Manage DevOps pipelines, cloud security, encryption (HSM), and PCI-DSS standards.
• Work closely with the CTO and Finance team to ship reliable, compliant financial products.

Tech Stack:

• Backend: Java/Kotlin, Go, Python
• Frontend: React, Flutter
• Infra: PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP
