Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Geologist to join a growing, technically focused consultancy delivering high‑quality ground investigation and geotechnical services. This role is based in Warwick and offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of infrastructure, development and environmental projects. As a Senior Engineering Geologist you will play a key role in technical delivery, mentoring, and client liaison while contributing to continued business growth in the region.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage ground investigations from inception through to reporting, ensuring compliance with current standards and best practice.
  • Oversee site works, supervise junior staff and provide expert interpretation of ground conditions and geotechnical risks.
  • Deliver factual and interpretative reporting, design input and risk assessment, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Engage confidently with clients, regulators and contractors to support projects locally and across the wider Warwick area.
