The role includes managing claims, advising on HR issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in contentious and non-contentious employment law.
• 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Current Practising Certificate as a solicitor or barrister in the UK.
• Excellent communication, drafting, and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage a busy caseload with independence.

Responsibilities

• Advising on ACAS early conciliation and HR issues.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and settlement agreements.
• Managing Employment Tribunal and EAT claims from instruction to hearing.
• Conducting advocacy, case management, and client briefings.
• Delivering training and legal updates.
• Building and nurturing client relationships.
