Senior Associate – Employment Law | City of London

We are working with a highly ranked City firm known for its outstanding employment practice, seeking a talented Senior Associate to join its growing team.

The firm advises a strong employer-focused client base — from fast-growing SMEs to major corporates and household-name brands. The Role

As a key senior lawyer within the team, you will handle complex and high-value matters while supporting the wider strategic growth of the practice. Work will include :

  • Managing Employment Tribunal and High Court disputes, including whistleblowing, discrimination and restrictive covenant issues
  • Advising boards, HR leaders and senior executives on workforce strategy, risk management and day-to-day HR matters
  • Acting on restructures, redundancies, TUPE and cross-border advisory work
  • Taking increased responsibility for client relationships and contributing to business development
  • Supervising junior lawyers and helping shape the team’s continued success
