A multidisciplinary engineering firm seeks a MEICA Engineer in Croydon to support the Water Sector Team. The successful candidate will lead electrical engineering projects, ensuring delivery aligns with client requirements and standards. Candidates should possess a relevant degree, significant experience in Electrical Engineering, and essential skills such as CAD and communication proficiency. This role offers a dynamic work environment dedicated to professional development and collaboration with major water companies across the UK.
Based in any of our Exeter, Croydon, Swindon or Manchester offices you will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team of around 90 Engineers and Technicians. The team is known for its friendly and supportive work environment where personal development is fostered across a breadth of interesting and wide-ranging projects. You will be part of our Water Sector Team providing design expertise in collaboration with major UK companies across the country including South West Water, Severn Trent Water, Wessex Water, Thames Water, Southern Water, United Utilities and Yorkshire Water. You will join an established team of MEICA Engineers, supporting multidisciplinary design schemes, to assist with the delivery of projects within the Water sector, as well as providing support to a group of highly motivated, developing Engineers and Technicians.
Projects vary in size and complexity and may involve optioneering, outline design or detailed design. The work may be directly for the water companies or via a Contractor as part of a design and construct contract.
