A local authority in London is seeking a Senior Educational Psychologist to lead projects and support strategic development in educational services. As a result of internal promotions within our service we are looking for committed Senior Educational Psychologists to join us in our work to shape the future of our educational psychology consultation service. The Westminster and Kensington and Chelsea Educational Psychology Consultation Service (WKC EPCS) is a visionary educational psychology service based at Kensington Town Hall in Central London. Benefitting from the experience of over 25 Educational Psychologists, trainees and support staff, we celebrate the rich variety of experience, expertise and approaches that exist within our team, and we have a strong history of embedding practice within our Consultation Practice Framework. This is an opportunity to influence the strategic direction of a thriving, progressive psychology service that puts children, families and communities at its heart. You will lead on key projects, guide and mentor colleagues and help create a service where inclusion and wellbeing are more than just ambitions - they\'re embedded in everything we do.

As a Senior Educational and Child Psychologist, you will be a vital member of the leadership team, working under the direction of the Bi-borough Co-principal Educational Psychologists to support both strategic development and day-to-day operations. Your role will blend senior responsibilities with hands-on statutory and traded work.
