Responsibilities

  • Assist Business Support Managers in delivering high-quality support across teams.
  • Coordinate and monitor the work of the team to ensure effective support procedures.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure tasks are completed correctly.
  • Motivate and develop the business support team.
  • Share best practices and maintain effective administrative systems.
  • Respond to corporate complaints, FOI requests, ensuring compliance.
  • Maintain records and support financial administration.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality requirements.
  • Maintain and update computerised information systems.
  • Produce accurate minutes and reports as required.
  • Support staff recruitment and ensure HR policies are followed.
  • Assist in delivering updates and training to staff.
