Job description
Overview

HAYPP GROUP is an e-commerce group focused on safer nicotine alternatives. We operate in multiple brands and countries, serving more than 1 million active consumers with products including nicotine pouches, Swedish style snus online and disposable vapes. Our headquarters are in Stockholm, and our team is primarily based in Sweden. We are an innovative, fast-moving company focused on sustainable growth and expanding to new markets globally.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior E-commerce Manager with a strong mandate to bring the UK market to the next level of expansion. You will play a significant part in boosting our UK operations by developing a modern and effective campaign calendar and end-to-end digital channel strategies and operations. You will build strategic partnerships, maintain strong agency relationships, and collaborate with the HQ team in Stockholm to facilitate an e-commerce omnichannel approach.

This is a hands-on role that combines operational execution and strategic thinking, requiring an ability to manage sales and marketing for a strong e-commerce omnichannel brand. A solid understanding of consumer behavior and brand-building in a regulated market is essential.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Defining and implementing an e-commerce campaign calendar and digital channel strategy to grow the customer base and the overall business.
  • Full mandate for campaign results in the UK.
  • Own an annual budget.
  • Plan and execute local branding, PR, and marketing activities in close cooperation with HQ central teams.
  • Collaborate with HQ departments (accounting, legal, marketing, logistics, payments, reporting, customer service, product & technology) to secure efficient operations and high customer service levels.
  • Continuously report progress against targets, and on sales and cost estimates according to the company schedule.
  • Continuously analyze performance data, including customer feedback, marketing ROI, and sales volume development.
What We Want From You

Our ideal candidate is a strong leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, an excellent project manager, and above all a doer.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience leading rapidly growing digital sales operations in a global-local setup, ideally within FMCG.
  • Proven knowledge of the UK e-commerce environment and consumer preferences.
  • Educational background in economy, business management, digital, or related fields.
  • Experience responsible for customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Experience with P&L responsibility.
  • Hands-on operations of online business with skills in modern omnichannel demand creation.
  • Strong business management experience (sales concepts, budgeting, leadership, organization, controlling).
  • Fluency in English.
  • E-tailer network experience is a plus.
What We Offer
