Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current NMC registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective evidence based care to a defined population.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised patient care.
• Provide clinical leadership and line management to less experienced Nurses.

Teaching/mentoring skills

Ability to demonstrate knowledge of research-based practice and quality

Education
