As the leader of our solution marketing team, you will drive our global go-to-market strategies, collaborate with key stakeholders across sales and product management, and oversee the successful launch of core product releases. You’ll manage a team of 4-5 marketers, handle budget planning and reporting, and implement KPIs to measure the impact of our marketing initiatives. By conducting continuous market research and analysing trends, you’ll ensure our solutions remain competitively positioned. Your role involves creating compelling messaging for every stage of the sales journey, building a high-performing product marketing organization, and mentoring team members for professional growth.

If performed in Maryland, the pay range is $107,900 - $179,900. U.S. National Pay Range: $102,800 - $171,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
