Job Description:

The role focuses on managing Cyient's current and new customers in the Utilities sector in Europe, specifically for Water Utilities.

You will be expected to:

  1. Generate sales revenue to meet or exceed established sales goals in solutions and service sales.
  2. Develop and grow business opportunities in your account base, collaborating with the delivery team and Cyient partners.
  3. Use direct sales techniques such as Large Account Management Planning and Strategic Selling to meet with end-users/customers, develop relationships, set up meetings, and close sales.
  4. Act as the primary contact for specified accounts, managing communications, sales strategies, negotiations, and contracts.
  5. Participate in sales events like trade shows, product demonstrations, and technical seminars.
  6. Maintain high knowledge of industry drivers and competitors.
  7. Utilize internal resources effectively.

Pre-requisites:

  • Experience selling GIS information systems or OT systems to large network-based customers.
  • Background in consultative solution selling.
  • Prior experience selling to Utilities or Communications is preferred.
  • Familiarity with direct sales and partner channels.
  • Knowledge of IT systems used by utilities for asset, network, and workforce management.
